PSC90: Ribbon, Seam Binding or Baker's twine

Well Hello Everyone !!
I bet by now everyone is back into the routine of getting up and getting the kiddos off
to school. I know this might sound crazy but I miss not having that structure in my life.
My kids are grown but boy when they were at home and in school I was
the best organizer...LOL
Now all I have to organize is my scrapbooking supplies...hehehe
Anyway enough of that. Let's talk about our challenge over at
The Perfect Sentiment.

This week-
CREATE A CARD FOR THE OCCASION OF YOUR CHOICE AND USE RIBBON, TWINE, OR SEAM BINDING OR ALL 3. INCLUDE YOUR SENTIMENT ON THE FRONT.

Our sponsor is ROBYN'S FETISH

The winner will receive 5 free digis !!

Now to show you my creation for this week.

I decided to use some seam binding that I had recently gotten from my husband's
great grandmother's house. She had passed away years ago and I got a call from her
daughter asking me if I would be interested in any sewing stuff. Well, I never learned to
sew very well but I knew she would have some ribbon, zipper and seam binding. This purple is
one of many colors I got. Every time I use it I think of her and I'm so glad because I'm very
sentimental. The image was stamped with Versamack ink and embossed with black embossing powder. I wanted to color the flowers so I stuck my
thumb into some ink and pressed it to the card. The background ratan ribbon is actually something
I kept from a tie on a fruit basket we got at work.
The cute sentiment was from my stash.
I'm so glad you stopped by and I hope you take time to create and join our challenge this week.
